WE ARE HALFWAY BETWEEN THE SOUTH AND CENTRAL PIERS on the South/Central PROMENADE next door to the popular Belmont Hotel also owned by our family. The holiday flats are in a Prime Seafront Location halfway between the two main Piers, the South Pier and Central Pier. Close to everything Blackpool has to offer holiday makers. We have some ground floor flats. It is a lovely prime spot right on the beachfront and within minutes walk to Cafes, Resturants Shops, Bars,Clubs, Nightclubs, Funny Girls, Bingo, Bistros, The Pleasure Beach Rides, Sandcastle Swimming, Casinos , Blackpool Tower and Winter Gardens. Grand Theatre, Lawn Bowling, Go Karting. We open for Valentine couples. Pigeon Week, Magicians Week, Dr Who conferences. Trekie weekends. New Year & Christmas breaks. Long term winter stays for caravan owners. Mini breaks. Volleyball, Darts, Dance, Dancing competitions.Gamblers. Reunion weekends. Theartical students. Pro digs for actors, entertainers. Show groups.

. We cater for families and couples. Pensioners and mature singles. Sorry no stags or hen parties.

All flats have gas cookers, fridges, colour televisions, constant hot water, crockery, cutlery, and cooking utensils. Gas for cooking and hot water is free and electricity is on reasonable rate meters which take £1.00 COINS. All flats have bed linen and duvets and pillows. Towels and tea towels are not supplied.
. We ask for a security bond usually £50.00 per flat. This is returnable on day of departure providing the flat is left clean and as found. If we are unable to check your flat before you leave, the bond will be either refunded by cheque or to your card within a week. Flats are booked upon receipt of a deposit. DEPOSITS ARE NOT REFUNDABLE.on cancelled bookings. Bookings cancelled within 8 days of arrival are liable to payment in full. The rent is payable in ADVANCE or ON ARRIVAL at RECEPTION DESK. Possession of flats is from 3pm. on day of arrival until 10am. on the day of departure. .
